The Church of the Holy Trinity v. The United States (1892)

“No purpose of action against religion can be imputed to any legislation, state or national, because this is a religious people… This is a Christian nation.”

This Court document is only 16 pages long but there are 87 historical precedents that are cited stating that we are a Christian nation. The Court quoted our Founding Fathers, previous acts of Congress and many other sources.
